Hand-dyed butter yellow and white sheer silk color blocked and hand-felted with fine merino wool in a combination of white, butter yellow, slate and light gray. This scarf is light weight and great for most seasons. It has a horizontal drape which creates a wonderful gathered effect when wrapped around the neck and can be used as a shrug for summer evening events.

Due the nature of the process used to create this textile the edges undulate, and vary slightly in width and length.

This piece measures approx. 11" wide by 70" long

This textile can be cleaned in a variety of ways. It can be spot cleaned with soap and water. It can be hand-washed cold or washed in a "trusted" gentle cycle with room temperature water. Hang dry. It can be dry-cleaned. It also loves a good steam, so it can be "refreshed" with an iron or hand steamer. Never wash in hot water or put in the dryer! Wear often and in health!
