Black silk chiffon. Hand felted with black extra fine merino wool. This style is great for its versatility. It can be used for evening or folded up to be wrapped as a scarf. It can also layered under a light coat to use as an alternative vest. There is a soft sheer ruffle that runs along both sides of the piece which gives it a nice feminine touch. It is lightweight and warm and is a great transitional weight to be used in three seasons.

Due the nature of the process used to create this textile the edges undulate, and vary slightly in width and length. This textile can be cleaned in a variety of ways. It can be spot cleaned with soap and water. It can be hand-washed or washed in a "trusted" gentle cycle with cold room temperature water. Or it can be dry-cleaned. Hang dry. Never wash in hot water or put in the dryer! It also loves a good steam, so it can be "refreshed" with an iron or hand steamer.
