Hand-felted, hand dyed silk and fine merino wool shawl. The graphic side of this piece is a combination of  cinnamon, clay, taupe, and cream dyed silk gauze.  The opposite side is a combination of the aforementioned colors with chestnut, brown, and dark chocolate colored wool.  This piece can be worn as a classic shawl in a myriad of ways, or worn over layers in place of a coat. It can also be used in the home as a decorative textile.  It can also keep you warm during meditations, cozying up on your couch, or around a fire. Each composition is an original painting and is the ultimate wearable statement.

This textile can be cleaned in a variety of ways. It can be spot cleaned with soap and water. It can be hand washed in cold. It can be washed in a "trusted" gentle cycle with room temperature water. It can also be dry-cleaned. Hang dry. Never wash in hot water or put in the dryer! It also loves a good steam, so it can be "refreshed" with an iron or hand steamer. Due the nature of the process used to create this textile the edges undulate, and vary slightly in width and length.
